I thoroughly enjoyed that it was clean and stylish, the staff were pleasant and rooms were updated. I had reasonably priced room with ac. The food they offered was fresh, had a huge variety of meals...
Facilities were brand-new, however Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Group suitable experience
Breakfast was a standout-an expansive spread that hit like a feast every morning. Staff were very attentive, made sure I always had a full cup of coffee.
Certainly not the cheapest place around.

Proximity to Old Town, Convenient parking garage, Availability of diverse local foods
The air conditioning control needs consistency!!! Dark hallways could use better lighting for safer navigation. Better pillows would certainly enhance sleep quality for all guests!!!

great stay with a few minor flaws
The location was excellent, just a short walk to Old Town's main area and close to the castle. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The views from the room offered a fine cityscape that added beauty to our visit.
The traffic noise from the main road was noticeable, but not overly disruptive.

Incredibly nice staff and savoury and abundant breakfast with cooked meats, screeching music plus great coffee that lived up to my expectations. Had marvellous location in the center of beautiful Bratislava, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Bratislava City Museum.

I got an exchange of the room without problems, because the original room was street-side (loud).

I enjoyed my stay, especially the incredible breakfast variety that truly set the day up nicely. The room was large and very comfortable, but the lack of air conditioning made some nights restless.

THe room was spacious, extra comfortable and clean. Even the bathroom was big and the shower was the way a shower should be. Very good car park for just 5 euros. Free pay TV (or maybe it was a mistake??).
Bad internet connection.

would definitely book here again
The room was pretty spacious with a comfortable bed, private bathroom, and free toiletries like shampoo and body soap. Breakfast was a real treat with options like smoked salmon, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit, and even prosecco. Plus, the super nice team and the location made it easy to walk to the old town and other sites.
